Cancel

You can cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it. Please allow 3-5 business days for refunds to be mailed to your original payment method.

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

In order to complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds will be given (if applicable).

Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts is not due to our error

Refund (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approval or denial of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or lost refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, which may take some time before your refund is official.

Next contact your bank. There is usually some processing time before the refund is posted.

Items for sale (if applicable)

Only regular priced items can be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchange (if applicable)

We only replace defective or damaged items. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you have 72 hours after the product arrives to contact us regarding the defective unit. You can contact us here support@Candyshop.com.

Gift

If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the return value. Once the returned item is received, the gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or the gift giver shipped the order to themselves before sending it to you, we will refund the gift to the gift giver who will be informed of your return.

Shipping

To return an item, please email support@Candyshop.com.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchange product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping items over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
